A perfect dinner destination?  Where else can you relax in a beautiful, historic dining room of hand cut limestone, oak parquet flooring and ceilings, with lush gardens and grounds, a warm fireplace through the winter months and cool stone through the summer.... all while enjoying great drinks and food ?  .... making memories!   

Some of our key resources include organic greens & vegetables from Stubborn Girl Farm, exotic mushrooms, duck and rabbit from BowTerra Farm, cheeses from Jones Family Farm,  vegetables from Maw's Farm in Newport, Reese's Farm in Ilion,  East Creek Organics and many others.

Our own gardens provide backyard-to-table produce and herbs::  varieties of heirloom tomato, spaghetti squash, zucchini, cucumber, watermelon radish, scallions, garlic, sweet peas, bush beans, apples, figs, leaf lettuce, 5 varieties of hot and sweet peppers, ... we've expanded our herb gardens to include basil, sage, English thyme, marjoram, oregano, apple mint, spearmint, pineapple mint, chives, cilantro & sorrel.   Garden-to-Table!
