Some of our key sources include organic greens & vegetables from Stubborn Girl Farm, exotic mushrooms, duck and rabbit from BowTerra Farm, cheeses from Jones Family Farm,  vegetables from Maw's Farm in Newport, Reese's Farm in Ilion,  East Creek Organics and many others. Foraged mushrooms from Forest Found Mushrooms. 

 

Our own gardens provide backyard-to-table produce and herbs:: 6 varieties of heirloom tomato, spaghetti squash, cucumber, watermelon radish, heirloom carrots, scallions, garlic, sweet peas, bush beans, apples, figs, daikon, leaf lettuce, 5 varieties of hot and sweet peppers, zucchini ... we've expanded our herb gardens to include basil, sage, English thyme, marjoram, oregano, apple mint, spearmint, chives, cilantro & sorrel.  YUM!  Garden-to-Table!
