luncheon party
a lighter buffet at a value price of $25 per person

For a luncheon buffet you must start (either ceremony here or reception) no later than 11:30 
All luncheon weddings using this menu must conclude no later than 3PM (conclusion of any entertainment with those guests who stay later moving to the bar). Any decorations must be removed immediately at conclusion. The minimum number for this menu is 50 guests.  For groups under 125 there is a $200 room charge.  For groups of 125-185 there is no room charge.

The buffet is available to guests on arrival (or immediately following the ceremony if the ceremony is here). The buffet will be in place for one hour after arrival time or until the last guest has had time to eat.  This helps in avoiding a line forming for the buffet as well as combining the cocktail hour with dinner, allowing more time for dancing and mingling following lunch. 

Early arrival option coffee & tea, with baskets of Pumpkin or Carrot Bread, and fresh Banana Bread with honey butter for $30 for the bridal party that arrives early.

V-8 juice, Tomato juice and Clamato Juice; horseradish, wasabi, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, celery seed, sea salt, fresh celery, mini-shrimp cocktail, pepperoni sticks, Emeril’s Bayou Blast, Tabasco, assorted other hot sauces, hot peppers, fresh lemon, fresh cucumber, fresh sweet peppers, black and green olives, a variety of spices and fresh ground peppers, displayed at a separate bloody mary buffet
