Create a wonderful  first impression.  Priced for serving throughout a one hour cocktail hour.
Guests frequently skip a meal or postpone eating before a reception. Hors d'oeuvres provide a satisfying teaser to the meal, taking the edge off an appetite, providing a subject for casual conversations, and presenting a variety of exciting little bursts of flavor.  Although most wedding dinner menus are designed to appeal to a wide variety of tastes, hors d'oeuvres can be more adventurous and put everyone in a relaxed mood, reassuring any hungry guests that the dinner to come will be fabulous.  We recommend three to five selections for variety and an elegant cocktail hour.

Beverage Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any patron at our discretion.
We cannot by law serve anyone under 21 years of age or allow them to be served by others.
We cannot serve anyone who is actually or apparently intoxicated.
Because we encourage responsible consumption, no shots will be served and beer pitchers are not available.
In the interest of efficient service, no frozen (blender) drinks will be served.
No beverages may be brought in for consumption.
 
 

Outdoor Bar or Remote Bar Location: there is a $50 per hour charge to cover set-up, bottled sodas and service wares

Tab Bar*  A tab bar has all the appearance of an open bar to your guest, they are ordering drinks and not having to pay for them.  Each drink is tabulated, tax and tip are added to the total.

You may restrict the items available to House Brands or may restrict the length of time or the total dollar amount ... when we approach that amount we will consult with you before changing over to a cash bar.

wines by the bottle
For a nice touch we can pour wine with dinner. 
Tables are set with wine glasses and a choice of 2 wines is offered at the table. 
Bottles can be left on the tables or our servers pass among the tables pouring.  
By not leaving full bottles on each table you are not left with half-empty bottles of
unfinished wine, which provides a savings at the same time your guests receive a personalized service
