head table options

These head table options allow your bridal party to talk to each other easier than a straight table with everyone in a row !

Below are 5 possible room layouts.  They can all be modified to fit your needs.  If you are using a seating chart you should start by listing your guests in groups that will fit the table layout you select.  For example, make a list of 8 groups of 8;  2 groups of 10;  2 groups of 6 and a head table of 14 for a party of 110 people.  You can then easily pick where you want each grouping to be seated.

In general, the small round table at the top left is used as a cake table.  The top of the diagrams is "SOUTH" so you can be assured the room gets great light.  The alcove at the top of each diagram can be seen in the pictures above.  The entrance to the room is at the bottom of the diagram.  Although not shown, there are bathrooms, a staircase, and a handicapped entrance 'below' the diagrams as they are shown.

These layouts are all 'jpeg' files.  To print them in a larger format, right-click on the image and click on 'Save Image As...' to save the image as a jpeg-photo.  You can then print the image as you would any other photo.

LAYOUT #1
This Layout uses round tables along with two square tables.  The square tables are very much like round tables because all the guests can talk to each other without another guest blocking their way.  The un-numbered talble to the top left is usually used for cake.  The other un-numbered table could be called table 11.  The round tables all fit 8 people (except table 5, 5 people).  The square tables fit up to 10.  Not including the cake table or the head table this arrangement seats 89.
LAYOUT #2
This is a nice arrangement that is very comfortable for groups up to 110.  Like all of our arrangements it allows for  wide aisle space for your guests to move around the room.

The bar is situated next to the dance floor which is an ideal set-up.  Early in the night when there is no dancing there is plenty of room in front of the bar for people getting drinks.  As the party gets going you'll quickly find that the people dancing are generally the people who are still drinking!  The dance floor is a little off to one side, rather than dividing the guests (as you  find at many other wedding venues.)

LAYOUT #3
As the number of guests grow larger the room fills a little more with tables.  Here again you can see a wide aisle from the entrance to the room over towrds the dance floor and bar.  Looking from the head table the bridal party has an unobstructed view of all the guests.  The area to the bottom left is generally the last area to be used for tables and is sometimes used for buffets, hors d'oeuvres tables or gift tables.
LAYOUT #4
Here is another option that seats close to 140 people.  It's a little more spread out than option #3 and has a few more round tables.
LAYOUT #5
For maximum seating it's important to seat the maximum number at each table.  This diagram can seat up to 185 people comfortably.
